Chapter 11 (Niall’s POV)

It’s been 4 days since Ashley went home and the concert is tonight. Every interview we had people asked where she went and if she’s okay. I replied with the answer that Kelly told me and they moved on. I miss her, even if she’s my fake girlfriend. I miss being able to hold her in public because that’s the only time that I can. Otherwise she avoids me like the plague.

It’s currently 7:30pm and we’re waiting to go on Stage in an hour and at the moment one of our supporting acts is performing. Eleanor, Danielle and Perrie are backstage with us and they are all talking with their boyfriends while I just think about Ashley. We would have been acting like a couple encase people from the audience could hear us.

The first half of the concert had gone amazing and we were reading the tweets out. 

@I<31D4eva: Could you have a dance party?

“Should we have a dance party guys?” Liam called out to the audience which everybody replied back with screams

“I think we should!” Louis called 

Then The Saturdays ‘What about us’ blared out through the stadium and everyone started to jump around dance about. I took a glimpse at the girls at the side of the stage and recognized a familiar blonde, no not  Perrie. Ashley. 

{Ashley’s POV}

I went to the planes bathroom to change into http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=81934220 because I was going straight to the boys concert from the airport. 

When they flight landed I was immediately met by Paul and we jogged through the airport to one of the cars and drove straight to the concert.

When we got backstage I followed the music and found El, Dani and Perrie all dancing around to She’s Not Afraid. We shared a group hug before Perrie pulled out her phone and walked away. I gave Eleanor and Danielle another hug before watching the boys again.

The Kiss You music started up and the whole crowd screamed as the boys started to sing and jump around the stage. When it came to the ‘na na na na nana’ part Louis came to see us and I thought he was getting Eleanor but he took my hand and took me out onto stage with him. Screams filled the arena as we came back on and attention was on me. Louis sat me down and the boys carried on but Niall kept looking my way.

As the final chorus played again Liam took my hand and took me to the other side to the stage where Niall was. 

“And let me kiss you!” and suddenly Niall’s lips were on mine and the whole arena burst out into screams.

The concert was finally over and we were all sat backstage and I was on Niall’s knee with my arm around his neck because the supporting acts thought we were dating

“How do you guys feel about going clubbing?” Eleanor asked

“I’m up for it! What about you guys?” I said

“I don’t see why not, we have the day off tomorrow!” Harry said as we all started to leave

When we got back to the hotel I went into the bathroom and got changed into http://www.styledesigner.co.uk/mini-dresses/cross-front-black-clubbing-mini-dress.html. When I came back out the others had left and it was just me and Niall.

“You look amazing!” He said giving me a hug

“Thanks, but you don’t have to act lovey in here” I told him while spraying myself with perfume

“I know but I want to” He said to me

“What?” I said confused

“Listen, Ashley. I really like you. Not just the fake relationship like you, more. I’ve liked you ever since I saw you with Justin and Josh Hutcherson but you’re only here because of work and I know if it wasn’t because of work that I wouldn’t even have a chance” He told me

“Wha…how.. huhh?” I babbled

“We better get to the club” Niall said opening the hotel door

When we got to the club we saw everybody else by the bar with drinks for me and Niall

“Ashley! You look amazing!” Danielle called giving me a hug

“Thank you, you look great as well” I told her taking my drink from Zayn and taking a sip

Singing radiohead at the top of lungs

“I love this song! We have to dance, come on!” I yelled grabbing Danielle’s hand and dragging her to the centre of the dance floor

{Liam’s POV}

“Did you tell her mate?” I asked Niall

“Yeah, she didn’t reply I think she’s more shocked” he told me

“Go dance with her, you need to win her over” I told him pointing at her and Danielle

“Only if you come and dance with Dani, don’t want her to be left out” He said and walked towards the girls

We danced with the girls and Niall and Ashley seemed to be getting really close until some guy came up to her and started to nibble on her neck. Ashley was sending us a look like ‘get him off me’ so Niall said

“Oi, mate. Leave her alone” 

“She likes it, don’t ya princess”

“She clearly doesn’t, now fuck off” Niall said

“Piss off, mate. Come on love” He said grabbing Ashley’s wrist

Niall grabbed Ashley back turned the guy and punched him in the face..

A/N- Sorry if this chapter is shit but I was listening to music the whole time and I can’t really concentrate when I have music on. I have exams tomorrow and I’m shitting bricks. But I hope you enjoy

Chapter 10 (Niall’s POV)

I watched Ashley walked towards the doors so she could hear better and I watched her face drop and tears spring to her eyes with worry across her face. I looked at the others and they caught on that something was wrong. I went over to her as she hung up the phone wrapped my arms around her as she let the tears flow

“Love, what’s up?” I asked really worried

“My sister might be losing her baby” She choked out as she let out another sob

“What?” I asked

“She took a fall down the stairs and she injured it on the way down. The doctors said something about it not making it” she choked

“Hun, you should go home” Eleanor said rubbing her back.

“I don’t know when the next plane leaves” she whispered

“I’ll ring the airport now and see when the next flight out is” Louis said walking away on the phone.

He came back 5 minutes later with Paul

“The next flight to London is 10am tomorrow morning. I’ve booked you a seat in first class so we should get home so you can pack and go to bed” Louis explained so we all left the venue.

{Ashley’s POV}

When we got back to the hotel I went straight into my room with Niall and he helped me pack a lot of my clothes. 

“If you don’t come back, we’ll bring it with us” He said while helping me

“Thank you” I replied

“If interviewers ask why you’ve left I’ll say it was a family problem back home and that we wish you the best. Kelly says that you need to go by the same story to make it believable” He told me

Once we finished packing my bag we went back to join the others watching a film. I sat next to Louis with Niall on my other side and I snuggled into his side. I felt horrible having to leave and make up a lie to the public but if my sister isn’t losing her child then why make a fuss?

At 9:30 I stood up

“Right guys. Since I have to be up early I’m off to bed” I said stretching

“We should be getting to bed then as well” Harry said standing up

“Why?” I asked

“We’re taking you. It’s only fair and we want to say goodbye at the airport. So, off to bed!” Zayn called giving Perrie a piggyback to their room.

“Niall?” I started

“Hmm?”

“Will you stay in my room tonight?” I asked him

“You sure?” He asked warily

“Positive” I stuck my hand out and he linked his as we walked into my room

I was up at 5:30 the next morning and I got in the shower straight away. I got out and put on http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=81195389. I walked back into my bedroom to see Niall had gotten up and taken my bag out of my room. I walked into the main area and everyone was sat at the table eating breakfast. I sent a quick text to Bethany

Getting a plane at 10 this morning. Will be in London at 8pm. I’ll come straight to hospital to see you and Nathan. Love you, Ash xo

We left the hotel room at 6 to catch a taxi to the airport so I could check in on time. When we got there I checked in and we had 3 hours to waste so Louis made up some ridiculous games to pass time and cheer up the mood.

My flight was called exactly on time so I got up and started to say goodbye to everyone. It was very emotional and everyone was in tears. Niall was last to say goodbye to and because paparazzi was there I gave him a very passionate kiss and a tight hug

“Stay safe love, I love you” He whispered in my ear

Love you? WHAT?!

I was stunned by what he said but I had to board the plane so I gave everyone a very pathetic wave grabbed my bag and gave my ticket to the lady at the door and she shut and locked it behind me. 

On the plane I checked Twitter before we left and saw that Niall had posted a tweet

@NiallOfficial: Had to say goodbye to a very special person. Stay safe @Ashxo and I’ll Skype you soon babe

I favorited it and and retweeted it before we got told to turn off all electrical devices. London, here I come!

A/N- Hey guys! Basically it’s bank holiday Monday here so tomorrow I have the day off school and then exams start next week! I’ve been so obsessed with the song ‘What about us’ by The Saturdays! Chapter 9 (Niall’s POV)

Liam came in and woke me up at 9:00. We had a signing this morning and we had to be there at 10:45. I went and got in the shower and got changed and then I went to wake Ashley up. She looked so beautiful when she slept until I noticed the big bruises all over her right arm, as if she’d been grabbed? I decided to ask her about them later and continued to wake her up.

“Ash. You need to get up. We have to get ready for a signing” I whispered in her ear

“I don’t want to get up” She groaned rolling over

“I know, Kelly will get mad otherwise” I reminded her and she slumped out of bed towards the shower

{Ashley’s POV}

I got in the shower and washed my hair, then I changed into http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=80425821. I walked out into the living room and joined the others on the sofas and listened to their conversation about previous signings and silly gifts they’d been given.

Paul rang Zayn saying that our car was outside so we all got off the sofas when Niall turns to me and says

“I need to talk to you so our car is coming in 10 minutes” I just nodded and sat back down.

When me and Niall got to the signing girls were queued for ages outside. They screamed when they saw us and we took a few photos with fans before going inside.

When we found the others they were messing around in the back room with nerf guns. I just giggled and joined the girls on the sofa

“What did Niall need to talk to you about?” Eleanor asked

“He…”

“GUYS! Time to get out there! Girls, you are going to be stood to the side with Paul and Lou. Don’t get in the way and please don’t take any attention off the boys or distract them!” One of management yelled at us and we all filled out of the room into the main hall.

Once fans started to come in and queue, you could see the boys faces light up. It was obvious they’d loved what they did and were so grateful for all the fans supporting them and loving them. 

35 minutes into the signing I really needed a drink so I said to Paul

“I’m off the get a drink from the vending machine. I’ll be 2 minutes” I told him before walking off back through the double doors and down the corridor. My drink had just come out of the bottom when I could hear and excited squeal come from a few metres away.

“OH MY GOSH! YOU’RE ASHLEY CAMPBELL!” She squealed

“Yes, I am. Can I help you?” I asked her confused

“Sorry, I’m Taylor. I totally ship Nashley!” She said

“Nashley?” I asked

“Niall and Ashley. Nashley? Have you never heard that?!” She asked shocked

“Not really. Most people are just giving me hate and calling me ‘slopping seconds’” I told her

“Well, I love you and Niall together” If she only knew it was fake.

“Thank you! Has your stuff been signed already?” I asked her

“Yes! I was hoping you could sign something” She asked hopefully

“I’m not allowed but I can follow you on Twitter” I suggested

“Really?!”

“Yeah, what’s your name?” 

“TayshipsNashley”

“I’ll follow you when I get home, it was lovely meeting you” I said

“Thank you! I love you” I squealed before running off again

The signing was finally over and just as Niall was coming over to talk to me, Bethany’s ring tone blarred out of my phone.

“Hello?” I answered

“Ash” She whimpered

“Beth, what’s wrong?” I asked worried

“The baby. I might be loosing it”

Chapter 8 (Ashley’s POV)

I woke up the next morning to a pounding on the hotel door. I dragged myself out of my room tying my hair up into a messy bun while walking to the door. I answered it and in walked in Lou, Kelly and a tall man. 

“Ashley go wake up the boys now” Kelly said sternly so I walked into all their rooms and jumped onto the beds until they came into the lounge.

“Why are you guys here?” Harry asked groggily

“To tell you what’s going to happen this week. You have a show on Thursday evening so you will be going to rehearsals today, tomorrow and Wednesday. Rehearsals start at 3:00pm and will last until 7:00pm. All of Thursday you will be on vocal rest for the performance that evening, understand?” The guy asked and the boys nodded

“That doesn’t explain why you’re here now with Kelly and Lou” I stated

“Ash, don’t be rude. I’m here to tell you what’s going to happen when you guys are in public together. As soon as you leave the front doors of the hotel you must act like a couple. Holding hands, hugging, kissing whatever. Even backstage at the concerts you must be a couple, only when you’re in the hotel you can be normal. Today when you go to the beach please act as lovey as possible” Kelly explained

“I’m here because I’ve brought the boys clothes for the concert because when you get back tonight we’re going to have a fitting. Also I have clothes for the interviews this week and the signings. This will take about 2 hours tonight and then I’ll need to do you’re outfits Ashley” Lou said

“What?” I asked

“I need to co-ordinate you with Niall for when you arrive at the interviews with him. You have to look like a couple so I will arrange your clothes for the days this week as well!” She said

“Everybody clear?” The guy asked and we nodded.

“Good, have fun at the beach and we’ll see you at 3pm sharp”

We woke the girls up not too long after they left so we could eat and then go to the beach. I went into my room and laid my clothes out on my bed, I decided to wear: http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=79678862.

I walked out and everyone else was sat waiting for me.

“Thank god! You’re finished, we can leave now!” Louis yelled dragging Eleanor out the door.

I stayed away from Niall for as long as I could before we immediately had to become a couple. I couldn’t stop thinking about what he said last night! Did he really like me? He must’ve been talking about someone else. 

Before I knew it we were in the lobby and I had to go over to Niall. I intertwined our hands as we stepped out of the doors and screams took over my hearing. Niall dragged me through the crowd with Zayn behind us bringing Perrie through. Their fans were slightly more mental that Justin’s with the screaming and the crying. When we got into the car, I did a sigh of relief and went on Twitter to look at the photos.

When we got to the beach the boys picked quite a secluded spot and they immediately all ran off into the ocean. Me, Perrie, Eleanor and Danielle all laid our towels down and decided to sunbathe. It was so peaceful until we heard the clicking noise from a camera. We looked up to see a couple of paparazzi taking pictures of us from the street above. Paul and Preston noticed quite quickly and were heading up there to move them away and to call for some more security.

After about 20 minutes the boys came and laid down with us and we all sat and talked for a while until Louis yelled

“Let’s play volleyball!”

“What are the teams?” Liam asked

“Me and Zayn vs you three” Louis replied before walking over to a net.

I decided to go back on twitter and I saw a comment of a photo of me and Niall

Sloppy seconds? Was I really that bad? I got up from where I was laying with Danielle, Eleanor and Perrie and started to walk away.

“Ashley where you going?” Eleanor called

“Going to get a drink” I said before walking off down the beach

Eleanor’s POV

It had been 30 minutes since Ashley had walked off and the boys had finished their game of Volleyball and had come back over

“Where’s Ashley?” Niall asked

“She went to get a drink but that was ages ago” Dani told them

“We should go look for her. She might be hurt somewhere” Liam said

“Ok, let’s go!” I said getting up

It was 2:45 and we had to leave and we hadn’t seen Ashley all day! Niall was getting worried because they had to go to rehearsal and he couldn’t keep looking for her. We haven’t known her long but we’re all pretty worried about her.

Us girls went into the city to go and have a look for her but it was highly unlikely that we’d find her.

Ashley’s POV

I got back to the hotel at 8:30. My phone had died so I couldn’t tell anyone where I was. Not like they’d care. I walked into the hotel room to see Lou styling Zayn and the others boys sat around looking worried? I shut the door and they all looked up at me and then Harry ran and gave me a hug.

“Where were you? We’ve been worried sick!” Louis said before giving me a tight hug

“I was on the beach and then when I came back you’d all gone, with my things! So I stayed there for a while before coming back here”

“Why did you wander off in the first place?” Liam asked

“Err, I’m going for a shower” I said leaving the room.

Chapter 7 (Ashley’s POV)

We woke up at 3:45 because we had to check-in at the airport for 5:00am. I dragged my lazy, tired body out of bed tied my blonde, knotty hair into a loose bun before changing into http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=79040984. I grabbed my suitcase and picked it up before going downstairs. Everyone else was ready and sat on the sofas when I went down so I just walked out the door and towards the taxi.

Halfway through the taxi journey Niall whispered in my ear

“Joe called and said we have to act coupley for the cameras. You alright with that?” I nodded in reply

“I know you’re upset about your parents, I was too when mine split up, even though I was 5. I’m here to talk if you want” He whispered again and I just nodded in reply

We got out of the taxi and Paul had taken our suitcases and put them on a trolley and took them into the airport. Niall grabbed me around the waist and pulled me through the paparazzi while they were screaming questions at us.

We checked-in at 5:00 and we had 2 hours to waste before we were getting our 12 hour flight. I decided to go to boots and buy some stuff for the plane and for waiting as well. I haven’t said a word to anyone this morning because I don’t want them to pity me and I’ll probably burst into tears.

Our flight was called as soon as I got back to meet everyone and Niall immediately looked relieved. He took my hand and gave my boarding pass to the lady by the door. When we got on the plane I sat down by the window and Niall took the seat next to me, we were about to set off when I got a text from Abby saying

Me and Josh have gone to cousin Katherine’s for a while, mum and dad are fighting again! We don’t know who to stay with but we want to stay together. Have fun in LA with Niall and take loads of pictures for us, please Skype us as well. I love you and don’t worry about us. Abs xo

My eyes started to water and Niall pulled me into his chest as we were setting off and I just cried into him.

When we got to LA we were all pretty tired so we just went to the hotel and straight to our room. I unpacked my suitcase and when I went back I heard Niall talking to someone

“I really like her and I just want us to be dating for real! I’ve liked her since I saw her with JB and I really want to call her my own”

“Tell her how you feel”

“It’ll just be awkward if she doesn’t feel the same way”

Who says I don’t? I don’t though, do I?
